References Oil Rig Supply
In 1996 to 2001, DAC contracted with CPC supporting Kuo-Kung Drilling Rig, including passenger transport and supply support.
In 1988, DAC contracted with CONOCO supporting a drilling ship operation.
In 1999 to 2000, DAC contracted with CPC supporting Chi-An well drilling works.
In 2002 to 2004, DAC conducted Coast patrols for Coast Guard Administration around Taiwan coast area.
  Offering SAR equipment, including 600 Lb rescue hoists and operators.
Live video down link utilizing Wescam FLIR system.
This project proved very successful for everyone involved.
References Precision Flight
In 2004, DAC contracted for having ALTM, from Optech, Canada, installed in BK-117 for land survey. Following a successful flight in late May 2005, DAC has flown more than 60 hours, with a success rate over 95%.
The installation provisions were manufactured and approved in Taiwan. This was the first for any Taiwan helicopter operator.

  DAC helicopters are fully set up with air
    ambulance systems and has been providing EMS service for offshore islands, such as Kinmen, Matsu, Green Island, and Orchid Island etc, since 1997.
DAC helicopters are all equipped with the following roll equipment:
•2 pilot IFR, storm scope weather radar.
•Medic’s rear facing seats, stretchers.
•12v/24v power supplies.
•Oxygen system.
•Wet floors for quick cleaning.
This gives us 24/7 utilization for life saving aerial operations.
References Cargo Hook Operations
DAC helicopters are all equipped with cargo hooks for external-loading operation.
DAC has been servicing local civil engineering companies with Bell 412’s and BK117’s, with a max load 1350Kg, which is subject to altitude, fuel load, and temperature.
DAC utilizes a helicopter training instructor for pilot training, who has more than 35 years experience in aerial lifting and is regarded as a top authority in New Zealand, PNG and Australia.
In medium-twin helicopters, BK117 is one of the most cost effective helicopters available.

In 2000, when Taipower expressed interests in sling operation for constructing a hydroelectric power plant, DAC formed a joint venture partnership with Petroleum Helicopters Inc, (PHI) for Kmax operation.
DAC worked with PHI for 18 months, followed by Superior Helicopters for another 6 months, providing efficient operations to RSEA Engineering.
During the two years of operation, the Kmax flew an average of
•>6 hours a day
•>2.7 tons a trip
•>5 trips an hour
Kmax carried on hook
•Front Shovels (disassembled)
•sand, gravel, concrete.
•I-beam, steel bar
•gasoline, food, water, etc
